Whatever brought you here, I want you to know this: you don’t have to untangle it all on your own.

Who we are

About Me

Hi, I’m Brevard Wilbanks, LPC, NCC. I am an Alabama-based therapist. I help people in their 20s and 30s navigate big life changes like starting new jobs, getting married, becoming a parent, or just figuring out what’s next all while feeling more grounded and like themselves again.

Life transitions can be exciting, but they can also leave you feeling stretched, anxious, or unsure of who you are in the middle of it all. I work alongside you to make sense of these changes, ease the stress that comes with them, and help you reconnect with what really matters to you.

My Approach

I keep things simple and real. Sometimes that means just talking through what’s going on, and other times I bring in tools like EMDR, mindfulness, or body-based practices to help you process emotions, calm your nervous system, and feel steadier in your day-to-day life.

My approach is all about what works for you. There’s no one-size-fits-all, and we move at a pace that feels right. This is a space where you’ll be heard, supported, and encouraged to step into this next chapter with more clarity and balance.

A Bit More About Me

I’m also a certified yoga instructor and like to bring mindfulness and movement into my work to help people feel steady and present. When I’m not seeing clients, I enjoy being outdoors, trying new coffee spots, and getting lost in a good book. I care about helping people find their footing during life’s changes in a way that feels real and practical.
